October 16

5G Corridors Workshop 16/10/24

Venue:  Room 1.A Centre Borschette, Rue Froissart 36, Brussels
Start:  11:30 (coffee available from 11:00) until 17:30

The GUIDE project, with the support of HaDEA, DG CNECT and the 5GMEC4EU project, are organising this workshop to review and discuss, the ongoing 5G Corridors work, the status of the 5G Strategic Deployment Agendas in the fields of rail and road and other CEF digital initiatives.  The objective is to show the achievements of key 5G corridor deployment actions and to stimulate further public and private partnership initiatives by showing what is possible.

The workshop builds on the CEF Digital 5G Corridors Call 1 and Call2 projects and engages stakeholders in strategic conversations aiming at defining priority deployment roadmaps, various cooperation models, while identifying and sharing best practices.  The workshop will take a participatory approach, whereby stakeholders and other potential participants in future waves of deployment can exchange ideas and insights.  The ambition is to reinforce the community around 5G-CAM implementation plans in order to move forward with deployment of 5G Corridors.
